Does having your forehead covered by hair make your midface appear larger or smaller?

I have a long middle third medium upper third and small lower third id say.

If you have a long face, covering the forehead can make the illusion of a more balanced shape . if you wanna make the midface look smaller keeping the forehead visible or using volume at the crown is usually better.

I have around a 2.03 FWHR so my face isnt exactly long, my midface is just long in proportion to the rest of my face its my largest facial third.

Exposing the hairline and adding top volume increases total vertical dimension which would reduce the percentage occupied by the midface. This would balance out ur thirds
