Headgear does it work does it not i don’t know it seems to have an impact of like younger children but i understand why because ovs there skulls is moving and developing aswell as having a heavy force pulling the face forward but genuinely does this make any facial reconstruction in teens or 14/15+

at those ages no. Below those ages yeah it does. The only time it can work for you even if you are above 15 and more is pairing it with a palate expander and using the headgear while your maxilla is split, even with that you wont see ascending type of forward growth unlike how its in kids.
