No. Estradiol 2 causes epiphyseal plate ossification (growth plate fusion). However, excessively high igf-1 CAN actually close your growth plates by creating uncontrolled growth that leads to damage essentially. If you take hgh, you will probably be fine. Anyways as you are nearly 16, you should take hgh in combination with an aromatase inhibitor. Many many guides on this.

I wouldn’t strongly suggest doing this with blood tests if you are not on aromatisng androgens (e.g. testosterone) as too low estrogen is very neurotoxic and dangerous for bone health as an example.

I would suggest using either Exemestane or Anastrazole. For Anastrazole, I would dose 0.25mg every day. This is a better alternative to every other day or once a week dosing as it will keep your hormones more stable even though its half life is 50h.
