And is it worth it?
 
yes it does boost it, but it also lower hgh, igf is useless without hgh. Conclusion, eat a balanced diet.

depends also if you are getting enought micronutrients,
like get your sugar from raw milk, then fruit, if you want eat some slop shit
 
hgh releases igf - igf is what actually grows your bones
yes, and without hgh, igf's impact is stunted. Too much sugar and your hgh is stunted.

Edit: It's still true that too much igf-1 does lower hgh levels, it's not a one way relationship.
