So I can’t really go to the gym currently but I really need to improve myself cause am skinny asf so just wanna know if home workout is really effective and if it is can you give me your reps.

Yea definitely but if u don't have access might aswell just do calisthenics cus u can gain insane all round body strength

yes I've been working out home for a while with no equipment and a few weeks ago I could only do 3 push-ups now I can do 11 push-ups. little progress but it is something

well if you have a bench/weights etc. I have a bench and a barbell and attach things to each end to do benchpress etc. if you don't have weights then pushups on different inclines is a good alternative to get started. are you unable to get a gym membership?

Once again just more cope. You can't go to the gym because you're skinny? What sort of cope bullshit is that? Any human being on this planet worth talking too doesn't give a shit and would be proud you're in there getting after it. Anybody judging you? Fuck them. If I saw some skinny ass nigga in the gym I'd be happy for them. People are not going home thinking "that skinny guy in the gym-" they actually don't give a shit.

Your problem is that you have forgotten how everybody is fucked up. Anyone talking to you about your problems, all they have done is hidden their fucked up life better than you have. That's all they've done.

People truly underestimate what's possible with a floor and working arms/legs.

You can do hundreds of lunges, endless abs, pushup variations, squats, plenty enough of make-do shit you can work with.

Stop coping, and get after it already. Imagine you turn 30, still skinny, and you have to life the rest of your life regretting the fact that you didn't go to the gym because you was skinny.

Get out of your own head and start putting the work in man.

Any type of muscle hypertrophy works

Not really am just preparing for an exam and the gym is really far form my house so till then I can’t really go to the gym so I need something to be doing

I swr u DONT understand what I am saying am not saying I can’t go cause am skinny, no time that why and I need something to be doing till I can go to the gym

No time is cope. What you're lacking is structure and task prioritisation. I'm not going to sit here and say you truly have no time, because there's a 0.1% chance that's true, and it might be. My point is, analyse your day and see what's a time drain and what's not a priority, you add that up across 24hours and you'll find 30-40 minutes you could have spent in the gym.
