I researched about it on perplexity and other AI chatbots all said fuck no dont apply on your face it thins the skin which is not a good look

but people on .org seem to dickride hydrocortisone , it really works?

If hydrocortisone is meant to slim your nose, then thinning the skin on your nose would make sense

Isotretinoin works far better.
Hydrocortisone might thin skin but also be detrimental to how your nose looks.
Isotretinoin in any case will make the nose appear less bulbous which is always beneficial.

Let me add any retinoid can be used but I like isotretinoin the most even for solely this niche use case.

no point in trying is crazy when it shrinks the nose by like 30-40%, if not more when paired with a strong retinoid. mms are miles on the face.
