It just doesn't make sense when cryolipolysis is used to REMOVE fat cells from other areas of the body. Why would the exact same type of cell respond differently just because it's placed on the face?

its not the exact same cells. Cryolipolysis remove white fat cells. From my understanding ice removes white fat cells and grows brown fat cells. Just what i remember reading here so dont qoute me. I agree the science seemed to be a bit flawed, but there is some anecdotal evidence to prove it works. My theory is that the results is due to some muscular reaction to the cold or something similar, not actual fat storage increase.
