Does iPhone camera make your face skinnier?

When I look in the mirror my face is wider, jaw wider, fwhr kinda long but not too bad. Then when I use iPhone my head gets so skinny and oblong and my midface looks longer.

I can accept my mirror self but NOT my iPhone self. And it sucks because I switch from thinking I look average to subhuman who should be exterminated. I just want the truth so I can move forward.

Yes. Phone cameras distort my midface ratio by like 0.05 and soften all my features.

Yes,and I hate it so much.
I’d legit just smash it to the ground whenever I see how chad I am in the mirror,than want to take a selfie and notice that my face on the camera looks way more narrow and worse. Gonna get a new phone soon from another brand.
