Life with depression and adhd is so hard.

Don’t mean to victimize myself , but I can’t remember the last time i woke up and genuinely wanted to live

That’s just melancholy, go test yourself by the psychologist [ i myself don’t like it, yet I have tested schizophrenia, also without voices or anything like hallucinations. I also had the Asperger Syndrom, but it’s not that bad I’d say. Cause it’s not bad sac schizophrenia and psychopathy as it was described by me ]

I came here cause I hated myself and my life.

I’ve had depression for 4 years now, this forum is not the problem

I got tested, they only diagnosed me with depression, residual adhd and anxiety.

I looked up melancholy symptoms and i guess you’re right.

I’m on antidepressants but I barely feel anything, and when I do feel something it’s always a negative feeling

I’ve had depression for 4 years now, this forum is not the problem
Did you use these four years to improve and overcome your depression, or did you just waste your time?

*Its not as i see, cause you have a 4 year depression in you, what actually is not that close to melancholy

Did you use these four years to improve and overcome your depression, or did you just waste your time?
I’ve worked out and maintained healthy habits this whole time.

Maybe not mentally, but I didn’t allow this to destroy me physically.

I decided to go to a therapist for the first time like 6 months ago, I rawdogged 3 and a half years of feeling purposeless and sad most days.

I have a new appointment next week, hopefully he’ll up my dose again or give me something stronger because im genuinely losing the battle.

Im supposed to go to the psychologist often but I can’t force myself to do anything, I procrastinate like a piece of shit because of my adhd
