Does it make any sense to push the maxilla forward if i have chimp face

Like my mandible is recessed but my upper and lower teeth are projected forwar

Yes forward growth of the maxilla will help your recessed mandible

also the upper part of the maxilla is really important to be forward

You probs have bimaxillary protrusion. You actually might have to go through some procedures to get that corrected before bimax.

That means you get counter clockwise rotation by downgrafting the back of the maxilla. Your maxilla won’t move forward much but your mandible will be lengthened and able to swing around further.

Only bimax surgery (double jaw surgery) which is about as invasive as it gets. Luckily it's all in one procedure though.
