i ate a lot of junk food, a lot of ice cream, and a lot of high fat foods during my teenage years. I grew to 6'4 but my grandpa was 6'4 too.
I think high carbs in general help.
Oh yeah I also have some kind of heart issue and I use minoxidil, everything contributes to poor health so try to eat healthy fats but if not, just make sure to eat raw carrots or blend vegetables into a smoothie with OJ so you will shit all the garbage toxins out faster.
