It does. But the utility is very arguable.

In order to block the conversion, you need to INGEST ketokonazole, since T is converted to DHT in the liver... And AFAIK, Keto when ingested is a very harsh medication... So no one is going to do it (except Looksmax autists ofc )

Keto shampoo also works by blocking DHT in the scalp. I regularly use it: my fav hair lotion. But the mechanism is different from "blocking T to DHT conversion".

Mine too, but I used it twice in a week and my scalp burned for the next 5 days.

Idk what you are boys on about, I had no problems with it even using eveyr day.

The only downside is the price of the 2% shampoo.

I dont think so... how is it gonna hurt the liver? It does not get into blood in any significant quantities if it is a shampoo...

you guys are all fucking stupid what keto does is kill bacteria that causes scalp inflammation it doesnt do amything hormonal, thats why ita targeted as antifungal treatmwnt and damdruff treatment, of course if your scalp is inflammed it would mean hair follicles would be squeezed #o if ur losing hair it would be accelerated, so it makes sense this helps with slowing down hairloss but it is absolutely not a topical anti androgen

Ketoconazole is such a waste of money. Maybe if you're not going to take anything then do it but its the worst shampoo on the planet.
