Does kreatine bloat you?

I've just bought 80 uses of kreatine and it's known for "holding in water too make your performance and muscle proportions look better" but I've never used it before and I was was wondering if it will bloat my face or not. *Ik this may be a dumb question.

probably i mean its main advertised purpose is to hold water in the muscle so everywhere you have muscle will look bigger/bloated since water is being held there..
