I often hear that if your feet are still growing, your height might not be finished. Is there any truth to this?
My example:
Early 2024: Shoe size 40
November 2024: Shoe size 41
July 2025: Shoe size 41.5–42
I’m 16 years old.

Does this pattern of foot growth suggest that my growth plates might still be open? Or is foot growth unrelated to final height?

Looking for a straightforward answer on whether this kind of foot growth has any real implication for height.

And I am 177cm currently

or maybe you can just get a x-ray to check out your plates
