does Lefort 1 affect paranasal area and/or airway volume

Does Lefort 1 make the Paranasal area fuller or does it only bring the Tip of the nose Forward and leave the paranasal Area recessed to death causing a comical 3/4 ?
Also does it unblock the Airway thats being chocked by a recessed maxilla or does it only push the arches forward leaving the airway blocked

And an extra question, how does it affect the nasal septum, john mew said facial assymetries are being pulled into theit correct position as the maxilla comes forward because for example your septum has grown to match your correct jaw pisition but now is bend by the recession to fit back where its not supposed to be. but with lefort not the entire maxilla moves but only the part below the nose/ at the nasal tip

Yes! Your whole nose will be pushes forward from the bottom so it will eliminate any small bump up on the bridge. Also, moving the maxilla forward always improves your inner airway. But it doesn’t affect your septum. Just get septoplasty with the lefort, a lot of people do it
