If I get maxillary advancement I don't want cheekbones to be left behind. Does lefort 1 have any effects on the cheekbones?

what does that is accessible. I might do facemask so my face doesn't become downgrown can that affect zygo projection?

Lefort 1 by itself will make the zygos less prominent.

I have heard some peoples' cheekbones became less prominent following lefort, so I wouldn't be surprised. However it's usually a net benefit when you consider the rest of the face, so long as you were a genuine lefort candidate.

It can slightly flatten your ogee curve if you get a huge advancement.
