Yes. It's 100% legit. Just don't go overboard. You can get 10CM / 4 inches with quadrilateral LL which is basically doing 2 surgeries at once. Or you can get 1 surgery on your femur wait one year and do another surgery 1 year later on on tibia and you will gain 5.5 inches.
The latter gives you more height but will take a long time. Quadrilateral LL doesn't fuck up your proportions either
