it does matter, but not as much as blackpilled people say
its mostly visible when you are really ugly or really attractive but most people are average

If you show a guy squinting their eyes at a camera and acting weird of course girls are going to say he looks stupid.
Most of these "looksmaxxers" did nothing, they squint their eyes, suck in their cheeks like someone who is about to die, and title their video under looksmaxxing content.

And then you have a lot of normies doing it so girls say its uncanny. Of course they will.

Real looksmaxxing is going to the length of altering bone structure but there is also a golden rule of remaining natural looking.
