Usually no, only if you lose fat extremely fast which you should not be doing in the first place (since it would tank hormones most likely).

It could also help ratios since nose might get thinner since nose has a lot of fat in it.

last time i scanned i was like u 25.6% but 2 months later im on a slow weight loss so i'd say so, we'd probably be like how we were in mid puberty with just more bonemass

No but it will make ur lips look bigger since ur nose will get smaller from the front
