How can I get wider low face

I dont know what can I do to get wider face But I'm more concerned about my jaw. I have an asymmetry in my right gonion, which makes my lower jaw seem slimmer. I'm not sure if it's the muscles or bones, but I'd like some honest and helpful advice How to fix an asymmetric gonion plus how to have a wider lower part of the face / my right gonion looks the same as in the drawn photo, there is no scan but you can feel it when touching it

implants, filler, and muscle increase in masseter muscles. Bone smashing may work but I’m not a doctor or someone super educated on it so use it at your own risk and do research bc it can cause asymmetry and other shit.(rep me, the thumbs up)
