Did MARPE + braces currently made my face worse than before? can’t bite properly cause of bite blockers and my masseters get almost 0 work. + other things like not going to the gym + quitting le primal diet for a while

MARPE can descend you if your palate is normal-ish prior and you expand too much. Only really good if your palate is <35 mm IMW

I agree, my pallate was not extremely narrow but also a bit under average, that’s why I expanded 5mm only, around 3mm skeletal and 2mm dental.

I see a slight difference nothing much, may just be puberty
