Does massai jumping really work or is it cope?

It makes sense because it does microfractures, but maybe it doesnt help that much, so thats why I'm asking. If it does work how much times should i do it on a daily basis.

do you have a routine or just spamming jumps
Day 1-5
500 jumps, Immediately after jumps weighted sitting w 5-7kg ankle weights for 90min
after weighted sitting phase, take a carilage-booster(not needed if u are in puberty)

rest or sleep immediately after the session

Day 6-30

same routine but increase jumps to 800-1000, after 30 days take 1-2 weeks break

a good healthmax (especially for digestion) but dont expect to grow a mm (rep my post)
