does melanotan 2 cause bad acne?

I've seen only a few people say it caused acne for them. Is it mild or aggressive because I was very prone to acne then I went on accutane and cleared it completely. I don't want it to come back tho

I only looked it up cuz I'm on melanotan 2 right now and my skin is much more oily. I haven't gotten acne yet but just the oily feeling is scaring me cuz I haven't felt it since I had bad acne
