does chewing change chin?

Wdym? In terms of shape and projection, no. But if over the span of like 5/10/15 years you moved your maxilla forward through consistent good tongue posture + chewing then your mandible would follow yeah.

Zoomers don't have the attention span to watch a full episode of Skibidi Toilet but think they'll be able to consistently mew for 15 YEARS to see 0.75 mms of maxillary forward growth.

I’ve seen some results since i started mewing, but i am pretty sure hard chewing is a very good option too.
