Does Minoxidil work ?

I’ve been using 5% topical minoxidil for half a year now , I haven’t seen much progress tbh, my lashes grew fs but most probably bc of a serum I’ve been using.
My eyebrows on the other hand, haven’t grown much. I only grew baby hairs on my hairline a little and a better mustache lmao.
Does anyone have advice on how to grow thicker eyebrows specifically?

I just don’t wanna grow any more body hair, I have a lot of chest hair and just everywhere on my torso, it looks bad on pale skin. Do you think it’ll make it worse?
