Varies from person to person. I have pretty big nose from side, just like this:

So in my case it would be benefitial bcz it would make my nose look smaller but i cant ensure you it will look good at your face.

You can always get nasal implants i guess.

Kufners Modified 3 does not like a true LeFort III. It can move it in a way similar to a LeFort I.
