Does MMA surgery mess with MSE gains?

Hello,
I’ve gotten MSE, and plan on expanding more with SFOT.

So let’s say I expand, and my lower and upper are looking pretty wide. When I get MMA, won’t my cheeks drop? I’ll lose all the gains I made on my cheeks from the MSE!!!

Anyone have thoughts on this?
