i do think this since my skin is 100% clear without any skincare, but looking back at old photos when i cleansed and moisturised my skin had a kinda nice glow and healthier look i think. i used to use this moustuisier. i do kinda wanna try it again since it worked well last time i think but ill try beef tallow first

just search online beef tallow skincare
but just make sure it's 100% tallow without any additives or other chems. maybe a honey tallow blend could be good too but I haven't used that one. Santa cruz on tiktok explains the meta a bit.

Yes, it’s rich in vitamins and fatty acids and helps repair the skin barrier. I personally don’t use it though.
