For reference i have short face syndrome but a narrow palate which makes my teeth crowded.
The ortho wants me to get extractions but they clearly fuck u up.

So i need more width in the palate. But since mse expands ur maxilla will it make my wide face even more wide and fuck up my nose.

realistically neither, it will ascend your smile but any changes outside of that will be subtle at most
