Mom is trying to descend me

I had tmj disorder for the past 2 year, and I went to a orthodontist and he found out that all of my wisdom teeth are growing the wrong direction. Im gonna get them removed this winter.
But few days ago my TMJ got way worse to the point I cant chew anything and almost have a locked jaw. I told my mom about it and she says its not that severe and that it can wait. What am I suppose to tell this foid to convice her that I have to go to a orthodontist now, otherwise I will remain a assymetrycel
