Does mse fix negative canthal tilt

I aint got severe negative canthal tilt but you can see it obviously

I also have a narrow palate but im 17 i dont think i can get a palate expander, my only choice is mse right and does it really fix negative canthal tilt

if ur nct is slight, it could very well get fixed because mse will move ur cheekbones too and them moving laterally will give more support.

no, ive yet to see mse raise whitnalls tubercle significantly. You will most likely need canthoplasty/canthopexy.
