Does MSE improve paranasal area/hooked nose?

I might get MSE for airway benefits, but if it helps with looks then it’s a plus. I have a hooked nose and paranasal indents due to recessed maxilla so I’m wondering if MSE + facemask would help that.

They can but first try the alar cinch if you’re doing any kind of surgery. I’m doing a bsso so while my jaw surgeon is at it he can do a cinch

No it does not, tried it but unsurprisingly had no effect. Only thing that can affect hook nose is upward movement of the nasal floor. Or to a more risker extent, moving the nasal spine foreward to give more bone/cartilage support.
