I'm at like T20 and was wondering if i can go to hazel. Wearing contacts anyway but the lighter your actual eyes are, the better contacts look. Or is it not absorbed

And glutathione can’t be absorbed orally,you either need a precursor or get a glutathione IV drip

Sticking needles with colour dye in them into your eyes is the only way to change your eye colour permanently, without that your effed.

You can try and overdose on antioxidants, or you can do other stuff that actually matter for attractiveness. spending all that time and effort for a 5% tops eye color change isn't worth it.
