This is the second time it happend last time i had the flu and lost 15 pounds in 3 days and didnt gain it back last night before bed I weighed myself at 176 I just weighed myself at 169 all ive don is drink water

Yeah bc your CNS when your sick is one fire so it speeds up your metabolism like crazy but a lot of that weight is water and muscle
