I kinda think it's always been like this but then the other day my mom remarked how my hair doesn't feel/look as thick as it used to

Regardless I should stop coping because I can't allow it to get worse than this (it's only noticeable when I wet my hair and slick it back). If there is really any density loss it should be recovered by fin

most men don't notice thair hairloss until they lose around 30% density (or so I've heard)

so by the time you start questioning, you almost certainly are
men without hairloss don't have a reason to even question

what dose of fin should I start with? Or do I consult a dermat first

NW1.5 with miniaturised hairs in the front, probably will continue thinning but hard to say how fast

Somewhere between NW 1 and NW 2. Hair in the front is a bit thin but still not bad. Go for a fringe

already have a fringe and started finasteride 1mg everyday + minoxidil. Also get microneedling

I think it might be telogen effluvium there's a huge difference in my hairline, density after I gave myself liver injury. My hair used to be extremely thick before this. Shed 5-10 hairs a day. First that weird bald batch I posted before then this.

Fin is quite a strong drug. I would advise using minox first and then try fin afterwards if it doesn't work.

cope
I'm at that point where I can recover all my hair and maintain without any further notwooding. I can't take the chance. I might in fact also start dutasteride pray to Vishnu (god of hair) and watch hair growth subliminals everyday

Finasteride should be used to stop further miniaturization but you won't experience significant regrowth.Microneedling is absolutely legit if used in conjunction with a growth agonist.

Doesn't look any different tbh. Only looks weird when I wet it and slick back or bedhead

will fin help you regain hair at the temples though. i think i am at a similar stage as you maybe a bit worse

i am holding off on fin and trying more natural methods that may just be cope
