was banned for 4 days because of a jew moderator but i wanted to say that finasteride boosts estrogen and im sure u already know but more estrogen will lead to the closure of growth plates earlier and of course puffy nipples/gyno , u should probably use some ai to counter the effect before they harden and then only surgery can get rid of them. also let me know how many calories , protein and what weight u want to drop down to in the summer. ill let u know if it will stunt ur growth or not

Thanks bhai. I was under the impression fin only increases T and E2 by 10-15% which I thought wouldnt make a difference but maybe I was wrong. I heard aromasin is horrible for hair loss because it metabolizes into a form of boldenone so I guess it would be either adex or letro for me. Im 5'9 150lb and people on here said im somewhere between 18-25% bodyfat, Im pretty sure around 21%. Right now Im eating ~1500 calories and 100g protein a day but some days less and some days a bit more

ur maintanance calorie intake should be around 1800ish if im right , 1500calories is already cutting so u should probably up ur calories for now and decrease them to the 1500cal range in the summer. 100 calories seems a bit too less , id personally say just implement meat in every food u eat , i eat pasta pretty often because i suck ass at cooking for example and use ground chicken for extra protein and calories , or u can at least replace it with some eggs if ur family cant afford that much meat a day
