I know that with weight loss loose skin may occur, but does skin improve in some ways due to the increased blood flow?

It will occur if u lose weight fast

That’s why I’m not doing huge deficit anymore since it’ll make even ur face look worse

The nasal labial folds will definitely happen even if ur not that fat slowly is the way to go

Gives ur skin time to adapt to the decrease in weight and make it tight

Yeah but I assume you gotta be real fat to get bad loose skin. I am obese tho

If my skin ends up fucked from all this weight loss it will definitely worsen me psychologically. I've already got loads of stretch marks, cellulite, etc.

Not always bro even above 20% bf if u get to 10% in 2 months or something than you’ll get lose skin

Especially due to the loss of muscle even the face can get lose skin

It’s better to lose weight slowly

Yes but 2 months is ridiculously fast. It should take 6 months or longer.

There was a study about losing weight makes skin more orange/yellowish or tanned look and it was more attractive

Likely due to the better blood circulation? I seem to have dull, pale skin.
