Gonna get some nasty loose skin on my legs after weight loss. I store a lot of fat in my legs so if I lose weight ill likely get some loose skin which is fucked.
 
i hear losing weight slowly is the only way to avoid loose skin especially if your obese , I think a pound a week is optimal . Correct me if i'm wrong.

I heard 1% of bodyweight is maximum a week, but to play it safer it could be 0.5% a week.

I'm 215 lbs first thing in the morning with no clothes. I also have literally no muscle so I'm borderline obese or even obese.
