Ye looking good can help attract attention but if you're autistic and make people uncomfy then you won't get far just in general life sense

Your face gives you the ability for your personality to shine if that makes sense. So it def does matter but I think there is a baseline level of attractiveness you have to get to in order for it to matter. And it depends on the context like with women what I said is mainly the case especially in the world we live in today.
