it works but don't expect results like finasteride.
some people get benefit more some less. but it's certain that you will get better results. also 1 time session doesn't work, you need to make it regularly.

I've googled both, but it looks like PRP has better results than Finasteride.

Also, doesn't finasteride have the risk of causing breast enlargment.

just go for it bro. go get prp done regularly. it's obvious you gonna see improvement.

I have no idea what that means. I'm new here and this is my first post.

I did one PRP session, but the lockdown began before I could get the next sessions done.

Also, about minoxydyl, I feel like it doesn't do anything for me.

before anything do microneedling with prp.
if that doesn't work for you, then consider finasteride and hairtransplant.
i think first must be microneedling + prp + minoxidil.
