does pseudo gyno go away around %11 bodyfat? anyone experienced?

so i got ultrasound confirmed pseudogyno at %16 bodyfat, i am already cutting since around %30 bodyfat, will i lose the pseudogyno eventually or should i get Liposuction?

boss i read your post on it but i dont have the balls to do diy procedure on myself, i cant see the picture now but i remember it was really less, what was your bodyfat at that time? do you think i can lose it by just leanmaxxing? my doc advised lipo
