does ramus assymetry mean gonion assymetry?

If ramus assymetry means gonion assymetry, is it because of unideal chewing habits while development?

I have this problem too and a lot of surgeons won’t fix it even as part of Lefort, now I’m thinking Lefort first and then maybe filler on the one side afterwards.
