Does recovering from an ED increase water retention?

I’m currently a recovering anorexic and ever since I’ve started recovery I’ve had so much face bloating that hasn’t ceased, is this an actual thing or am is it just heavy dismorphia?

I also had ED at 13-14. I looked like 6million survivor, that’s all really dangerous. especially in teenage years, It stoping your growth and taking years of life from you
