Does removing wisdom teeth actually recess you?

lots of misinformation going around in this forum and idk if this one is true or not, my upper wisdom teeth are starting to be uncomfortable but at the same time my palate is narrow so that might be why, but expanding the palate can still be a looksmin since it can change the distance between your eyes and make your nose bigger, genuinely don't know what to do
