Wisdom teeth removal

A friend went to the dentist and got a ct scan and wanted to know if he has any other way of keeping his wisdom teeth, excepts with jaw surgery. hes alr 18 so idk if it would affect him if hed just get them removed

so it isnt really projected but he also got an long lower jaw
