Does rhinoplasty change both bone and cartilage?

The bone of my nose is way to fucking big but the cartilage is huge too.

Both need to be sorted out for my nose to look good not just one of them otherwise it won't make a difference.

I got my nose broken in a fistfight when I was 14 and was considering rhino for a month until it healed.

From what they told me, yeah, it changes the tip of your nasal bone but not the nasal spine.
