yeah, but doesn't rosemary oil reduce dht (5-AR inhibitor), so it fucks the androgen receptors which are important for collagen.

It's not just about alcohol, minoxidil inhibits collagen synthesis to some degree, and prostaglandin analogs inhibit it too. About rosemary oil:
"... rosmarinic
acid... is well absorbed from the
gastrointestinal tract and from the skin. It increases the production of prostaglandin E2... ". Idk by what degree, though.

These evidences dont show minox supresses collagen as a whole but some type of collagen which doesnt impact on your collagen under the skin. Moreover, there are studies that show minox helps maintain elastin in the skin that is much more important than collagen itself
