Does Saddled infra/malar implants increase the face width?

Hey guys how are you? Does Saddled infra/malar implants gives a wider face? Aside from giving better undereye support and making the face leaner (because it tightens the skin) ?

they could, but then it would be more of a zygo implant, but more importantly, you don't really want wider face that will ruin your ES ratio

Yes this is true, if You have a good EsRatio is good to not get a wider face, but a zygo implant can only ascend people with high EsRatios, like 0.47 , 0.48 and higher

only if u ask for infra + zygo implants to add more width to the face, it's a very common thing, i think i have never seen a periorbital implant desgign without malar implants combined
