Mse doesn’t because it also expands the zygos some.

Yes segmented LeFort 1 and most SARPE pushes the cheeks out under the cheekbones which isn’t good but probably not enough to look bad.

And for anyone wondering surgical assist mse (DOME) with limited paranasal corticotomies does NOT limit the midface expansion.
