It exfoliates gunk in your face. Be sure to wash your face with a cleanser right after. Thats what i do

yeah it does, shower, cleanser and moisturizer afterwards

it take water retention out of ur face, and the gunk helping ur pores and oil in ur face

you have to be in for a good amount of time tho, even 10 minutes helps
